Get paid for your time.

Scheduling for consultants and coaches. Clients book from a link in your brand and pay through Stripe before the time is theirs. Payments are on the Premium plan, $17 per user per month billed annually or $20 monthly.

Backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee

“Officially cancelled my Calendly and upgraded my SavvyCal. Allowing my invitees to overlay their own calendar to pick a good time is game changing!”

Can clients pay when they book?

Yes, on the Premium plan. Connect your Stripe account, set a price on a link, and clients pay in Stripe Checkout when they book. The meeting is confirmed and added to your calendar once they’ve paid.

How payments work
  • Payments go straight to your Stripe account. SavvyCal doesn’t take a cut; Stripe’s usual fees apply.
  • Stripe Tax can add sales tax, VAT, or GST, and clients can enter a VAT or tax ID.
  • Clients can pay with any method you’ve turned on in Stripe, such as cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Can my booking page look like my brand?

Add your colors, avatar, and banner on any plan. On Premium, put your links on your own domain and remove SavvyCal branding, so clients book on a page that looks like yours.

Can I offer a free discovery call and paid sessions?

Yes. Payments are set per link. Keep a free link for discovery calls and a paid link for sessions, and put them all on one profile page. Each paid link has one price, so a 30-minute and a 60-minute session at different prices are two links.

What can’t SavvyCal do for paid sessions?

Session packages or credits
Clients can’t buy a bundle of sessions and book them over time.
Recurring billing
No subscriptions, retainers, or payment plans. Every payment is one-time.
Paid group sessions
Group links, where several people book one time slot, can’t take payment.
Several prices on one link
Each link has one price, whatever duration the client picks.
Refunds
Canceling a paid booking doesn’t refund it. You refund in Stripe.
SMS reminders
Reminders go by email only.
Other processors
Stripe only. No PayPal or Square.

If you sell session packages, Acuity Scheduling and TidyCal support them, and Acuity also sells memberships and recurring billing. Calendly offers meeting packages and paid group events. Details as of October 2026.

Plus the basics, done right

A calendar, not a list
Clients see your open times on a full week, and can lay their own calendar on top.
Every calendar checked
Google, Outlook, iCloud, and Fastmail calendars, checked for conflicts all at once.
Propose times anywhere
Pick a few times in the Chrome extension, and paste them into any email as links.
Right on your website
Embed a link inline on your site, in a popup, or behind a floating button.

Which plan do I need to take payments?

Premium: $200 per user per year (shown as $17 per month), or $20 monthly. Basic ($10 per user per month billed annually, or $12 monthly) has everything else on this page except custom domains, removing branding, and payments. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do my clients need a SavvyCal or Stripe account?

No. They pick a time and pay in Stripe Checkout as guests.

Can clients book a package of sessions?

No. SavvyCal takes one payment per booking. Some coaches send a separate link for each session in a package, but there’s no session balance or credits.

Can I run paid group coaching calls?

Not yet. Group links let several people book the same slot, but they can’t take payment. For a paid group call, take payment elsewhere, then share the group link.

Can I charge a monthly retainer?

No. Payments are one-time, per booking.
