Propose times from the toolbar
Open Propose times on any link, and you get its real availability on a week view. Click or drag to pick a few times, with your own calendar laid over the top.
Hit Copy snippet, paste it into your email, and you’re done. No more typing out “How about Tuesday at 10:30?” and hoping it’s still free.
One click, and it’s theirs
Every time in the snippet is a link. Pick your recipient’s time zone before you copy, and the times read right on their end. They click the one that works, and your booking page opens with it already picked.
If someone else grabbed it first, SavvyCal says so and shows them what’s still open.
Everything else, close at hand
Copy a link, open its booking page, or jump to its settings, right from the popup.
- Insert anywhere
- Put your cursor in an email, a chat, or a CRM note, and Insert drops the link right there.
- Single-use links
- Duplicate any link for single use, and the new link’s URL lands on your clipboard.
- Team links too
- Your team links sit right under your own, so the demo link is as close as your intro call.
- New links in a click
- Hit + to start a new link, and the editor opens in SavvyCal, ready to go.
Extension questions
Trouble getting set up? Drop us a line, and we’ll get you sorted.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, plus browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, like Microsoft Edge and Brave.
Does it work in Gmail?
Yes. The extension works over any tab, so you can insert a link or paste proposed times straight into a Gmail draft, or anywhere else you write.
Are proposed times held for my recipient?
No. They stay open on your link until someone books one. If a time is gone by the time they click, they can pick another from your booking page.
How do I sign in?
Click Sign In in the extension and log in to SavvyCal as usual. Your links show up right away.
