Does SavvyCal work with iCloud and Apple Calendar?
Yes. Connect iCloud Calendar with an app-specific password, and SavvyCal checks your iCloud calendars for conflicts before it offers a time. Anything you add in Apple Calendar on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac blocks that time on your links within about a minute.
Bookings can go on an iCloud calendar too, so they show up in Apple Calendar with everything else. People who book with you don’t need an Apple Account or a SavvyCal account.
Use Google or Outlook for work? Connect as many calendars as you like, on Basic and Premium, and SavvyCal checks all of them, so personal plans and work meetings never collide.

With your iCloud email address and an app-specific password from Apple. Apple requires an app-specific password for calendar apps that aren’t its own, and you can revoke it from your Apple Account at any time.
- 1
Create an app-specific password. Sign in at account.apple.com, open Sign-In and Security, and create an app-specific password for SavvyCal. Your main Apple Account password won’t work.
- 2
Connect iCloud Calendar. In SavvyCal, choose Connect calendar, then iCloud Calendar, and enter your iCloud email address and the app-specific password.
- 3
Choose the calendars to check. SavvyCal checks your primary iCloud calendar for conflicts to start. Turn on any other calendar you want counted as busy.
- 4
Pick where bookings go. To put bookings on iCloud, set “Create events on” to an iCloud calendar, for all your links or for one link.

Does Calendly work with iCloud?

Built for both sides of the invite
For you
- Every calendar counts. Check Google, Outlook, iCloud, and Fastmail calendars for conflicts, all at once.
- Room to breathe. Buffers and frequency limits keep meetings from piling up back to back.
- Your best times first. Preferred slots steer people toward the times you’d rather take, without hiding the rest.
- Time blocks. Put a “Demos” event on your calendar, and your demo link only offers times inside it.
For your guests
- The whole week. A full week view shows every option at once, instead of a day-then-time hunt.
- Their calendar, too. Guests can lay their own calendar over yours and spot a time that works for both.
- No time zone math. Times show up in each guest’s own time zone.
- Nothing to sign up for. Guests book with a name and email. No account, no app to install.
Hosts love it. Their guests do too.
SavvyCal makes me feel better about finding time to meet with clients, partners, and colleagues. It goes beyond similar tools by removing the awkwardness of imposing your schedule upon others.
